What are your payment terms?
50% deposit upon booking, balance on delivery. Returning clients: PO & Net 7/14 available. VAT invoice provided.
Rush projects may require 100% upfront
Who handles steaming and product prep?
We do basic prep (steaming, lint removal, shaping). Extra-time items or complex styling may add a small fee and time.
How many images per SKU do you deliver?
As many as you need — we finalize the set before the shoot. Most clients choose 3–5 images per item (e.g., front, back, 45°, detail, creative). We can match your existing template
How do you handle file naming and sizes?
We match your PDP naming convention and export in multiple sizes (web, hi-res, marketplace presets). By default we deliver 1600×2400 px JPG (sRGB) unless specified otherwise. Other formats (PNG/WEBP/TIFF) and aspect ratios are available on request.
How do revisions work, and what exactly is included?
One round of minor tweaks is included (crops, dust cleanup, small color/contrast and symmetry fixes). Bigger changes (new angles, reshoots, heavy retouch) are quoted separately.
Do you offer rush turnaround? What are the timelines and fees?
Yes. 24–72h options depending on volume and complexity. Rush fee typically +20–40%. Please flag deadlines before shipping items.
